ow Carb Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole 

A cheesy, protein-packed casserole loaded with beef, turkey bacon, and classic cheeseburger flavors.
Ingredients:
1½ pounds lean ground beef
6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 large eggs
½ cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
¾ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
¼ cup diced pickles (optional)
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned and the onion is tender.
Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Drain excess fat if needed.
Stir in the turkey bacon, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread the beef mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle 1½ cups of the cheddar cheese over the meat.
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream.
Pour the egg mixture evenly over the casserole.
Top with the remaining ½ cup cheddar cheese.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the center is set and the cheese is golden and bubbly.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Garnish with diced pickles and parsley if desired.
