Ingredients
- 2 cups whole pecan halves toasted
- 30 soft caramels store-bought or homemade
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips or dark chocolate, melted
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil or butter optional, for smoother chocolate
- Flaky sea salt for topping (optional)
Instructions

Toast the Pecans

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Arrange pecan halves on a baking sheet and toast for 6–8 minutes, just until fragrant.

Let them cool completely.
