Creamy Garlic Shrimp Fettuccine with Medium-Rare Ribeye

A steakhouse dinner inspired this rich pasta combo, and now it’s our favorite weekend indulgence.
For the Ribeye
2 ribeye steaks (10–12 oz each)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 garlic cloves, smashed
2 sprigs fresh rosemary or thyme
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
For the Shrimp Fettuccine
12 oz fettuccine pasta
1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1½ cups heavy cream
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cups fresh spinach
½ cup diced red bell pepper
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Boil the fettuccine in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of the pasta water before draining for an easy pasta dinner, restaurant-style Alfredo, and best comfort food.
Season both sides of the ribeye generously with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a cast-iron skillet over high heat and sear for 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Add butter, garlic, and rosemary, then baste continuously for an easy steak dinner, steakhouse favorite, and perfect medium-rare ribeye.
In a large skillet, melt the butter and sauté the garlic until fragrant. Add the shrimp and cook for 2 minutes per side. Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan, mozzarella, Italian seasoning, paprika, spinach, and diced red pepper until smooth and creamy for the best creamy garlic sauce, quick weeknight dinner, and seafood pasta favorite.
Add the cooked fettuccine to the sauce, tossing until every strand is coated. Use a splash of reserved pasta water if needed, then sprinkle in fresh parsley for an easy gourmet meal, luxury dinner at home, and restaurant-quality pasta.
Slice the ribeye against the grain and serve beside the creamy shrimp fettuccine. Finish with extra Parmesan and parsley for the ultimate surf and turf, special occasion dinner, and family favorite meal.
