Creamy Cajun Seafood Pasta Platter 🍤🦞

When comfort food meets seafood, magic happens on the plate.
12 oz rigatoni pasta
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 lobster tails, cooked and chopped
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp onion powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Boil the rigatoni until perfectly al dente, then drain and set aside. This creates the ideal base for a cheesy pasta dinner, easy comfort meal, and family favorite recipe.
Toss the shrimp and lobster with Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Sauté in butter and olive oil until golden and tender for a seafood lover favorite, restaurant-style dinner, and special occasion meal.
Add garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, mozzarella, and onion powder until smooth and velvety for a rich Cajun cream sauce, ultimate comfort food, and best homemade pasta sauce.
Add the cooked rigatoni to the sauce and toss until fully coated. Fold in part of the seafood, reserving some for the top for a crowd-pleasing dinner, luxury pasta recipe, and easy gourmet meal.
Transfer to a serving platter, top with the remaining shrimp and lobster, and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve hot for a seafood pasta masterpiece, weekend dinner showstopper, and must-try comfort dish.
