Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 3 cups finely chopped green cabbage
- 1 cup diced yellow onion
- 16 pieces refrigerated crescent roll dough triangles
- 2 pieces garlic cloves minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 piece large egg optional
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Brown the ground beef and onion in a skillet until the beef is fully cooked.

Drain the excess grease and add the minced garlic. Cook for 30 seconds.

Add the chopped cabbage, butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Cook for 8–10 minutes, until the cabbage is tender and excess moisture has evaporated.

Remove from the heat and let the filling cool for 5–10 minutes.

Separate the refrigerated crescent dough into 16 triangles.

Spoon the beef and cabbage filling onto the wide end of each triangle.
