1 pound of cooked grinded LOUISIANA shrimp, 1 can of tomatoe soup, 1 cup of mayo, I 8oz cream cheese, 1 bunch of green onions minced, 2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin…….Step 1. Combine Tomato soup and cream cheese on low heat till smooth, remove from heat.
Add gelatin envelopes (mix with cold water 1st to dissolve then add to soup mixture) Add Shrimp, mayo, green onions, Mix all together, and place in Mold. Let set overnight, Serve with crackers!!! Perfection Ps. Some people add 1/2 cup of mince celery as well with the green onions.
