Salisbury steak with portobello gravy and cauliflower mash. Trying to go a little healthier tonight

1 lb ground chuck
1/2 onion (minced)
1/2 bell pepper (minced)
1/3 cup bread crumbs
1 large egg
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp worcestershire
1 Tblsp ketchup
1 tsp dijon mustard
Mushroom gravy:
1 lb baby portobello Mushroom (sliced)
4 cloves garlic (pressed)
2 Tblsp oil
2 Tblsp butter
1/4 cup flour
3 cups beef stock (better than boullion brand)
2 Tblsp worcestershire
S&P to taste
Cauliflower mash:
1 medium cauliflower head (cut in florets)
4 oz cream cheese
2 oz heavy cream (softened)
1 Tblsp butter (softened)
1 tsp kosher salt or more

*mix all steak ingredients in bowl and form into patties. Cook over medium high heat 4-5 minutes each side until no longer pink. Remove from heat.
*In same pan sauté mushrooms with 2 Tblsp oil until browned. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds then add butter and flour to make your rue and cook for 1-2 minutes then add remaining gravy ingredients and simmer until it thickens. Add your patties back to the pan and cook for another 10 minutes. Add a little slury if sauce is too thin
*boil water in a stock pot and add cauliflower florets. Cook for 5 minutes. Strain water and add florets to blender with all other ingredients. Blend until smooth
