Pork chops with multi colored potatoes && red onion!


All I did was soak them in some delicious Italian dressing overnight (in a large resealable plastic bag) when you’re ready to cook…..
Remove the steaks, pour the marinade into a skillet, and add ½ cup. Apple juice 1/4 c. apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp hot mustard and 1 tbsp honey 1 tbsp minced garlic. Salt and pepper to taste…

Cook over medium heat until it starts to boil, then reduce heat and cook for 10 minutes until it thickens slightly. Pat pork chops patted with a clean paper towel then placed on a hot, slightly oiled tray and then in a 400° oven uncovered for 30 minutes… Reduce heat to 350°, pour sauce over chops, cover with foil and cook last 30 minutes. until finished. These slices were very thick….Enjoy!!
