1 package of Pillsbury yellow cake mix
1 stick of Land O Lakes butter
8 oz. softened Philadelphia cream cheese
1 box of powdered sugar (16 oz.)
Heat oven to 350° F. Butter or spray 9×13 inch glass dish.
Combine cake mix, one egg, and butter in large bowl. Blend together and press into the bottom of dish.
Combine cream cheese, two eggs, and powdered sugar. Blend with hand mixer until creamy and thick.
Pour mixture over cake layer.
Bake for 35-40 minutes until the top is golden.
Once cooled off place in the refrigerator to firm. (These taste much better cold!)
