°4 cups all-purpose flour
°1 teaspoon salt
°1 teaspoon baking powder
°1 cup vegetable ghee
°1 cup warm water
1. Mix all dry ingredients
2. Add vegetable ghee and mix well with the dry ingredients
3. Add warm water until you get a firm dough
4. Let it rest inside the Ziploc bag for at least an hour before making it.
5. After it rests, form small balls, stretch and cook on a tray.
Turn around when you see bubbles.
