Easiest meal ever for you potato soup lovers out there! Delicious too might I add!
-1 bag frozen diced hash browns
-1 32 oz can chicken broth
-1 10.5 oz can cream of chicken
-1 package cream cheese
– 5 oz real bacon pieces
– 1 cup shredded mild cheddar
– salt and pepper to taste
Cook in crockpot on high for 3-4 hours or let the hash browns thaw out about 3/4 of the way and make on the stove top in a pot. When using the stove top just bring to a boil and make sure that all cheese is melted and voila! Dinner is served. You may add extra cheese, bacon pieces, or even sour cream to garnish and add a little extra flavor. Serve with crackers if you’d like. Hope you enjoy!
