Additionally, her dedication to fitness and wellness is evident, as she maintains a healthy lifestyle and takes care of her body.

Her commitment to self-care and overall well-being has undoubtedly contributed to her enduring beauty over the years.

Excessive exercise

The star of St. Elmo’s Fire is committed to a healthy lifestyle, and you’ll never see the star in candid photos where with one hand, she’s stuffing a burger into her mouth while holding a soda in the other.

The former “Brat-Packer,” who shares children Rumer, 35, Scout, 32 and Tallulah, 30, with her ex-husband Bruce Willis, follows a strict raw vegan diet, which means she only eats raw plant foods that can be consumed without cooking.

But it’s not just what she eats, it’s also how she moves.

The fitness fanatic revealed in her book “Inside Out” that she was obsessed with working out and “couldn’t stop exercising.”

Moore explains her unhealthy obsession with exercising started in 1992 when she was cast as a JAG attorney in A Few Good Men, where she starred alongside Tom Cruise and Jack Nicholson.

“Getting in shape for that movie launched the obsession with working out that would consume me over the next five years. I never dared let up,” she tells the Daily Mail.

She adds she hit the gym hard to lose the baby weight – Scout was born in July 1991 – so she would look her best in the United States Navy uniform.

But her excessive exercising made her so thin that she did not have “enough fat in her breast milk,” and had to feed her baby girl formula.

Despite being “crushed” by this, her addiction to maintaining her cover girl body only got worse with more fleshy roles through the 1990s.

Speaking of her starring role in 1993’s erotic drama Indecent Proposal, Moore shared: “I would be on display again, and all I could think about was my body, my body, my body. I doubled down on my already over-the-top exercise routine. I cut out carbs, I ran and I biked and I worked out on every machine imaginable.”

And then came Striptease in 1996, where in her role as a stripper, she gracefully danced with a pole as her partner.

“When I was making Striptease, for breakfast I would measure out a half cup of oatmeal and prepare it with water, then for the rest of the day I would have only protein and some vegetables – and that was it,” she said. “If all this obsessing about my body sounds crazy to you, you’re not wrong: eating disorders are crazy, they are a sickness. But that doesn’t make them less real.”

‘Temporary happiness’

Finding mindfulness through yoga and strength training Moore reveals when she reached her 40s, she finally made peace with her body.

“I had an extreme obsession with my body. I made it a measure of my own value. I tried to dominate it, which I did, and I changed it multiple times over. But it never lasted and ultimately it didn’t bring me anything but temporary happiness,” a 47-year-old Moore shared with Elle.

The star – who at the time was married to the much younger Ashton Kutcher – explains to look the way she wanted, she had to abandon “that desire to dominate my body.”

“But it only happened when I stopped trying to control it. At the end of the day, this kind of obsession is pointless and meaningless.”

Jaw-dropping mini

Another thing she can’t control is the online population.

In February, the Ghost star stole the spotlight at the Carolina Herrera fashion show, where she appeared in a show-stopping red and blue checkered mini with a matching cape draped over her shoulders.

Moore, who denies cosmetic procedures on her face, looks stunning!

But some fans started spitting venom, specifically zoning in on her perfectly toned legs.

Comparing the age of her face to her legs, one fan wrote: “Face 48 legs 65,” and another shared: “Her knees are old.”

Another fan says: “Oh my why her knee is all wrinkled? I’m 65/years my knee doesn’t have wrinkles!”

Fired up by this user’s unnecessary critique, people jumped to Moore’s defence. “[The wrinkles are] probably all on your face,” shared one while another wrote: “Yeah but I bet your face isn’t like Demi’s either.”

But the majority of fans gushed over Moore’s beauty and style.

One fan swooned over her gorgeous legs: “Stunning! and those toned legzzzz.”

“Gorgeous! Love this look. Always one of the best dressed Demi,” wrote another.

A third said: “So, Demi Moore is apparently aging backwards.”

We agree, it does seem like Demi Moore is aging backwards!
