Caramel Apple Toffee Cake

This is a very good soft cake that you can serve for breakfast! why not! It’s very good!

*Ingredients :

°60 grams of sugar
°10 gm vanilla sugar
°3 eggs
°120 g flour
°3 teaspoons baking powder
°60gm ground almonds
°A few drops of bitter almond extract
°80 grams butter
°100 ml milk
°3 apples (pink lady)
°100 grams of sugar
°2 tablespoons of water
°10 ml cream
°10 grams butter
°1 teaspoon fleur de sel

*Preparation :

Beat eggs and sugars. Add the flour, baking powder and almonds (flavorings).
Add melted butter and milk. Peel and slice the apple into thin slices

Add the apples to the dough and butter and put the flour in the form of a circular mold

Make caramel from sugar and water and cook it with cream
Add butter and flur de sel (add a little water if you find it too thick) and pour a little dough into the mold
We add one of the caramel stripes and cover it with a little dough. Then we continue until the dough runs out
