°225g softened butter
°30 g of cocoa
°130 grams of sugar
°125g all-purpose flour
°80 grams of small crisps
° pinch of salt
°2 eggs lightly beaten
° 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
°3 c. heavy cream
°1 ch. c. baking soda
°3 c. to art. Fresh cream
°70g dark chocolate
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
In saucepan, bring butter, cola & cocoa powder to boil, whisking to combined.
In other bowl, mix the flour, sugar, small samlo & salt.
Quickly add the flour mixture to the pan and stir until the mixture and marshmallows are dissolved and dissolved. Turn off the fire.
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, baking soda and vanilla. Add it to the coke and marshmallow mixture and continue mixing.
Line a cake tin with parchment paper and pour the batter into it.
Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes. Removal In the oven before the center is completely set. The toothpick inserted in the center should not come out clean but a little pasty.
Let cool completely before serving.
