For this famous American cookie, I give you a recipe in my own way, with less sugar and butter, and a little cooked half in the middle! I like !
°150 grams flour
°100gm chocolate chips
°50 grams of sugar
°50 grams butter
°1 sachet of vanilla sugar
°1 c. to c. yeast
°0.5 tsp. to c. Salt or fine salt
+Preparation: 5 minutes
+Cooking: 10 minutes
For this recipe, the butter should be very soft.
In a bowl, mix butter, eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar. Gradually add flour, salt and baking powder and mix. Add chocolate chips and mix.
Make small balls, put them on a baking tray covered with parchment paper, and flatten them a little.
Bake at 180°C for 10 to 12 minutes (depending on the texture you want, I like when it’s very soft). Let it cool on the rack.
