- Ingredients needed to make this beef roasting pan:
° 4 pounds of roast chuck beef.
° Water; I used a cup and a third.
° Two medium grains of carrots.
° One large potato.
° 3 tablespoons of Creole spices.
° 1 tablespoon ground black pepper.
° 2 tablespoons of onion powder.
° 1 tablespoon of parsley.
° 1 tablespoon of garlic powder.
° 1 tablespoon of celery chips.
° 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- Directions :
Step 1:
The first thing I started with was peeling and chopping the potatoes and carrots.
Step 2:
Next, I seasoned the beef and cooked it in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 3:
Next, I mixed all the ingredients together in a casserole, stirring well.
The fourth step:
Then I added a cup and a third of the water to the mixture.
Fifth step:
Directly, I added more Creole seasoning, covered it with tin foil, and cooked for two and a half hours at 350 degrees.
The Sixth Step:
At this point, I removed the tin, added the shredded carrots and potatoes, put them back on the stove, and cooked them for another 30 minutes without a lid.
