Banana Cake with Buttercream Frosting

* Ingredients :
° 2 cups Robin Hood®️ Original All Purpose Flour, 1 ½ tsp. baking powder, 1 C. baking soda
– ½ tsp. salt, 1 ½ cup of sugar, ½ cup butter, softened, ¼ cup buttermilk or sour milk
 1 cup mashed ripe bananas, 2 eggs, 1 C. vanilla extract
/ ¼ cup buttermilk or sour milk
 2 pkg. Cream cheese, softened, ¼ cup butter, softened, 4 cups of icing sugar
. Methods:
Preheat the oven to 350 ºF (180 ºC). Grease 2 9-inch (23 cm) around cake pans.
Cake: Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large bowl.
Add the sugar, butter, ¼ cup (50 mL) buttermilk and bananas. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Add the eggs, vanilla and ¼ cup (50 mL) buttermilk. Beat on medium speed, 1 minute.
Spreading dough equally in prepared molds.
Bake at 350 ° F (180 ° C) for 30 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Permit cool 11 min before un-molding & allowing to cool totally .
Beat the cream cheese with the butter with an electric mixer on medium speed. Add icing sugar, beating until smooth.
Spread a layer of frosting between the layers and frost the cake.
