*Ingredients: °200g flour °1 egg °90g milk °40g butter °1 sachet of dehydrated baker’s yeast °30g of sugar °1 sachet of vanilla sugar ° sugar* Steps : Step 1: Place the flour, dry yeast, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar in a large bowl. Mix and dig in the center. Pour the egg, milk, soft butter cut into cubes. Knead the dough for several minutes until you get a smooth ball that comes off the sides of the bowl. Cover with a clean tea towel and let the dough rest for 2 hours at room temperature. It should double in size.
2nd step: Lightly flour your work surface. Roll out the dough using a rolling pin. Cut out disks of dough using a cookie cutter or a glass. Organize the discs on baking sheet lined with paper. Leave to rest for about 1 hour.
Step 3: Preheat oven to 180°C. Brush every donut with milk. Baking about 11 min. As soon as they come out of the oven, place the donuts in a bowl of cold water. Coat them immediately with icing sugar and enjoy.
Step 4: Place applesauce in a pouch fitted with a fine tip or in a syringe. Generously top each donut. Enjoy !
