Here’s a  apple butter recipe, in fact this recipe comes from our cousins ​​in America. Apple butter or apple lard will replace spread in a much healthier way… It’s perfect on toast, pancakes, waffles, or why not on a pancake base or in yogurt.
*Ingredients: 6 people.
°750 grams of apples
°60 grams butter
°2 tbsp. Maple syrup or agave syrup
°vanilla powder (optional)
* Preparation:

Peel and seed the apple and cut it into thin slices.

Put the apple slices, maple syrup, and a pinch of vanilla powder in a saucepan, mix and cover.\
