These Cheeseburger Wraps deliver all the flavors of a classic burger in a convenient handheld form. Seasoned ground beef, melted cheese, fresh vegetables, and tangy pickles are wrapped in a soft tortilla and optionally toasted until golden and crisp. Combining cheddar with mozzarella creates the perfect balance of bold flavor and gooey texture, while the final skillet toast adds a satisfying crunch reminiscent of a toasted burger bun.

Cheeseburger Wraps

Ingredients

Ingredient Amount
Ground beef 450 g (1 lb)
Large flour tortillas 4
Shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup
Shredded mozzarella cheese (optional) ½ cup
Small onion, finely chopped 1
Chopped pickles ½ cup
Shredded lettuce 1 cup
Medium tomato, diced 1
Garlic powder 1 teaspoon
Paprika 1 teaspoon
Salt ½ teaspoon
Black pepper ½ teaspoon

Optional Burger Sauce

Ingredient Amount
Mayonnaise ¼ cup
Ketchup 2 tablespoons
Mustard 1 teaspoon

Instructions

Step 1: Brown the Beef

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and chopped onion. Cook for 6–8 minutes, breaking the meat into small pieces as it cooks, until browned and the onion is tender.

Step 2: Add the Seasonings

Stir in the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly so the seasonings coat the beef evenly, then remove from the heat.

Tip: If there’s excess grease in the skillet, drain it before assembling the wraps to help keep the tortillas crisp.

Step 3: Prepare the Sauce

If using, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard in a small bowl. Stir until smooth and well blended.

Step 4: Assemble the Wraps

Place a tortilla on a flat surface. Spread a spoonful of sauce in the center. Add a portion of the seasoned beef, followed by the cheddar and mozzarella, pickles, lettuce, and diced tomato.

Step 5: Fold and Roll

Fold both sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly from the bottom up to fully enclose the filling.

Step 6: Toast for Extra Flavor (Optional)

Place the wraps seam-side down in a hot, dry skillet. Cook for 1–2 minutes per side, until the tortillas are golden brown and crisp and the cheese inside is fully melted.

Serve warm and enjoy all the flavors of a cheeseburger in an easy-to-eat wrap.
